    Please use the latest version 25.1.

    Legacy version need legacy license (most of them are obsolete already)

      for my project:

      Using version 25.1 requires some adjustments.

      I need version 17.0, which doesn't require any adjustments.

        Nios II you can get from Altera SSLC:

        Triple speed ethernet license you may need to approach regional distributor for that IP license

    It's not clear what the issue is.  Can you not use Quartus 25.1?

      Hello 

      I tried to open the exemple in the source

      "Detailed Description • Arria® 10 FPGA – Simple Socket Server for the Nios® V/m Processor Design Example • Altera Documentation and Resources Center"

      The example file "top.par"

      But unfortunately, I couldn't open it

      I keep getting the message: "Design template installation failed."

      is there any solution? Thanks in advance.
