Hello, I recently purchased a Quartus license. Unfortunately, it works with Quartus version 25.0, but not with version 17.0. Is there a solution for this? Thank you in advance Beroual

I tried to open the exemple in the source
"Detailed Description • Arria® 10 FPGA – Simple Socket Server for the Nios® V/m Processor Design Example • Altera Documentation and Resources Center"
The example file "top.par"
But unfortunately, I couldn't open it
I keep getting the message: "Design template installation failed."
is there any solution? Thanks in advance.
