Go to installer Settings, could you try to check the internet connection with the default proxy setting?
If the installer cannot detect your Internet connection, select the Manually configure proxy setting option to set up your proxy settings and establish an Internet connection manually. The installer cannot progress until it detects the Internet connection.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your answer. You have been a ray of light for me. I'm not good at English and don't know much about computers, so I tried to organize it by myself, but as you said, I think you need to have accurate proxy information to set up a proxy manually. From what you referred to, I don't think there is any accurate proxy information. If what I understand is correct, please let me know the exact proxy information (such as what I should enter in proxy server, what should I enter in port, etc.). Thank you

For further details, you may checkout this.

As you can see, the proxy server can be something like proxy.example.com with a specific port number. You may try to get the information from your IT department.
Though I can get this info from the Network & internet > Proxy > Use setup script > script address.
I can get a successful connection using my company internet using the manual proxy setting (which already can connect by default).
