Contributorquartus 23.4 platform designer always failed to open.
Tool version: Quartus prime pro 23.4, OS: Windows 10 22H2.
every time when i try to open the platform designer, it always fail several times.

I'd try an uninstall and reinstall of Quartus. Could be a bad installation.

my first installation is from the individual files and the 2nd I changed it to the multiple download, it seems the issue is still there......
There is a probability of failure every time when the platform designer is opened.

Done tested on my platform without any problem check attached screenshot. Do you have any firewall, anti-virus or private wifi on?

No more update for this because i can't turn off the firewall. and pls close this case i will workaroud the issue by openning the platform designer several times when i use it.
