Contributorquartus 23.4 platform designer always failed to open.
Tool version: Quartus prime pro 23.4, OS: Windows 10 22H2. every time when i try to open the platform designer, it always fail several times.

Contributordo you mean i need to try to un-install the quartus then re-install it?
