Migration from NiosIi9.0 to Nios9.1

I have created a new project in NiosII 9.1 IDE.But when building the project, 'no such file is there' error is coming for all the files which are in the 'source' and 'include' folder of this project.Plz tell me is there anything to do the setting for the subfolders...Thanks in advance.

    The only other thing I can think of to check is to make sure none of your path names contain spaces.

    Thanks for reply.....I am using the legacy Nios II 9.1 IDE and facing the same problem with the creating the subfolders..Plz give me some suggestions for this.

    Are you using the legacy Nios II 9.1 IDE or the newer Nios II 9.1 Software Build Tools for Eclipse?

    If you are using the new software build tools, I have found that I must run them as administrator or I get all sorts of problems. This applies to the command shell as well as the GUI tools.

    I had the same problem, in the sopc components doesnt work. I think components from q8 didnt work in the q9.1. I tried add this components manually to the SOPC and regenerate project.
