Migration from NiosIi9.0 to Nios9.1

I have created a new project in NiosII 9.1 IDE.But when building the project, 'no such file is there' error is coming for all the files which are in the 'source' and 'include' folder of this project....

I had the same problem, in the sopc components doesnt work. I think components from q8 didnt work in the q9.1. I tried add this components manually to the SOPC and regenerate project.
