Migration from NiosIi9.0 to Nios9.1

I have created a new project in NiosII 9.1 IDE.But when building the project, 'no such file is there' error is coming for all the files which are in the 'source' and 'include' folder of this project....

Thanks for reply.....I am using the legacy Nios II 9.1 IDE and facing the same problem with the creating the subfolders..Plz give me some suggestions for this.
