I'm glad to hear .rbf without compression works fine.

Could you please try the following combination?

Mode	MSEL	Compression	POR Delay
FPPx16	00010	Enabled	Fast
FPPx32	01010	Enabled	Fast
FPPx16	00110	Enabled	Standard
FPPx32	01110	Enabled	Standard
