I use uboot 26.04 but cannot get usb to work on my DK-A5E065A premium devkit. 

In linux it works fine. USB Drive is recognized with no problems. 

I get this output in uboot: 

=> usb start
starting USB...
Bus usb@10b00000: Port not available.
Bus usb31@11000000: probe failed, error -110
No USB controllers found
       scanning usb for storage devices... 0 Storage Device(s) found

Any idea how to fix this? Or is this a known issue in 26.1.1?

Hello

USB3.1 requires signals from the fabric to work, so you need to have the fabric full configured if you want to use USB3.1.  Can you try to perform FPGA configuration from U-Boot and then try to access the USB port?
In https://altera-fpga.github.io/rel-26.1.1/embedded-designs/agilex-5/e-series/premium-065a/boot-examples/ug-linux-boot-agx5e-premium-065a/#boot-from-sd-card   you can see how you can perform FPGA config from U-Boot.

load mmc 0:1 \${loadaddr} ghrd.core.rbf;   <-- If you rbf is in SD card
fpga load 0 \${loadaddr} \${filesize};
bridge enable;

You can also take the rbf to the system using tftp.
