More details needed, but the main question would be did you install the A5 device family when you were installing Quartus? If not, you can download it separately from download center and add it to your current installation.

For purchased license, please submit a ticket through steps below:
submit a ticket through SSLC and we will handle the issue from there. I’ve provided the steps below.

Go To https://licensing.intel.com/ à Help à Contact Customer Service
Select license issue à provide proof of purchase details (either one of Distributor PO, License Activation Code/ Serial number, NIC ID) à Click submit issue

OP still hasn't mentioned if they actually installed the Agilex 5 device support along with Quartus. It could be as simple as that.
And they should clarify that they've installed Pro, not Standard, since only Pro supports Agilex 5.
