Unable to run Quartus that supports the Agilex 5 FPGA family

We have the latest quartus license from altera but we are unable to run Quartus that supports the Agilex 5 FPGA family

OP still hasn't mentioned if they actually installed the Agilex 5 device support along with Quartus. It could be as simple as that.

And they should clarify that they've installed Pro, not Standard, since only Pro supports Agilex 5.
