Can I generate Altera Mega-functions ( external memory) using TCL. If yes Can you provide me the details(Docs or links)

Altera_ForumYou can run the Mega Wizard from the command line using the "qmegawiz" command. See chapter 2 of the quartus handbook (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/qts/qts_qii52002.pdf) for details of using qmegawiz from the command line.
From TCL, you can use the "qexec" command to execute command line programs such as "qmegawiz".
