Can we get a refund for a wrong recharge in Jio?

To cancel a double/wrong recharge in Jio, immediately use the MyJio app "Recharge History" section to "View Details" and "Cancel" the unused plan within 3 hours, or contact Jio Customer Care at 199/08638-265-721 to request a refund, provided the second recharge is not yet active
