Which Altera FPGAs do support Triple-Modular Redundancy (TMR) at the register level? Or what similar fault-tolerance features do you support? What 3rd-part tool would you suggest for TMR to do it? ...

Thanks!
And what about: CycloneV and Cyclone10LP?
What Triple-Modular Redundancy (TMR) methodologies would you suggest for these FPGAs? Is there a 3rd-part tool you would suggest

The other device that have TMR is Cyclone 10 GX device. Cyclone V or Cyclone 10 LP does not have this features.
