FPGA P/N: 5CGXFC3B6U19C7N
CPLDP/N: 10M25DAF484I7G
I only can find calculated at 70C Tjunction and 60% Confidence Level

Currently, the FIT and MTBF are on the product details page (search by OPN at altera.com, then the results will include “product details”), but for 70C Tj.
