Hi,
refer to decoding of device ordering code in MAX V Overview document. Optional suffix starting with "N" (lead-free) does usually not matter for code generation and programming. Altera can tell if it's different in this case.

Hello Long,
Quartus can still program the -NAC suffix device. N means lead-free. AC is just internal id and no impact to the silicon inside.

Thank you for your advice.
I tried with Quartus Prime Lite 20.1 to program this P/N: 5M570ZT100A5NAC. But not successful as below. (it is able to program 5M570ZT100A5N. So, could you please help to review and check ?
