How should we calculate the Cyclone 10 LP power consumption at 125degC(= as Extended Industrial product) on Early Power Estimators (EPE)?
Or, do we must use PowerPlay Power Analyzer in stead the power consumption calculation at 125degC with EPE?

As per what I understand, you can use Automotive grade in the EPE as a replacement for Extended Industrial grade since the operating temperature range of Automotive grade and Extended Industrial grade is the same (Tj = -40C to 125C).
