Hi AqidAyman_Altera and Frank,
I tried again with Standard Edition v25.1 and was able to set 125 C as shown below.
Thank you for pointing it out.

From this result above, is the following my understanding correct?
======
We can order Industrial Grade product in device OPN and develop the design after setting as same as Extended Industrial Grade (-40degC to +125degC) on Quartus Standard Edition.
======
I wait for your answer to following question.
2. If the device OPN is listed as Extended Industrial grade, then you may choose the same OPN in EPE.
I keep trying to download the Cyclone 10 LP EPE, but I get an error below. Can you download it? If yes, please share it.

Hi MAC_Yossi ,
Regarding the error in downloading the EPE file, we will work to update the links. As a workaround, you can go to docs.altera.com and search for the file name or asset ID. You can find the asset ID from the link path.
However, I do not find the Office 365 version. I am only able to find one of the files only. Please refer to the link below:

Hi Aqid,
I checked the following and understand what you mention about "option".
Operating Conditions:
Excerpt) Standard core voltage option (1.2 V)—"Y": For –C6, –C8, –I7, and –A7 speed grades
Table 3. Recommended Operating Conditions for Intel® Cyclone® 10 LP Devices:
Excerpt) VCCINT = 1.2-V operation 1.15V Min, 1.2V Typ, 1.25V Max
Also, I could get the EPE(Not Office 365 Version) for Cyclone 10LP from URL you reported.
Best Regards,
