The serial number is AGIPCIe8020455, and the OPN is DK-DEV-AGI027RBES (Power Solution 2).

      My apologies for the confusion. I posted an update earlier and it appears in my system, but it is not reflected on the web thread.

      For your information, the latest status remains the same:
      We confirmed the unit is out of warranty, so we are unable to proceed with an RMA. Based on the troubleshooting done so far, the device appears to have a hardware fault. If recovery is still needed, please proceed with a paid repair via your distributor (if applicable).
