It is not clear from the thread if your issue is solved.
To summarize, on Stratix 10 and newer devices, you will not see the bridges as individual entries in the device tree. The bridges can be enabled by running the 'bridge enable' command in U-Boot, which is also invoked automatically when using the 'bootm' with FPGA fabric configuration. The bridges are also automatically enabled when a Linux device tree overaly is applied.
The actul fabric configuration from Linux is similar on all Stratix 10 and newer devices. You can see an example for Agilex 7 here: https://altera-fpga.github.io/rel-25.3.1/embedded-designs/agilex-7/f-series/soc/fabric-config/ug-linux-fabric-config-agx7f-soc/
