The Fault Injection Debugger requires a Quartus license (feature - Fault Injection(D028)). If you do have a Quartus license, verify that it includes this feature code.

Thank you for your response. I understand that a license is required to use the Fault Injection Debugger feature.
I am currently using a paid subscription license (SW-ONE-QUARTUS). Does this mean that this license does not cover the Fault Injection Debugger, and that an additional license is required to use this feature?

I believe the feature should be part of the paid license. Please check your license file and look for the feature
