Confirming that upgrading to 25.1.1.125 fixed this issue.

New MemberI see, I was under the impression that a 25.1 install would work because Terasic's "Getting Started Guide" explicitly mentions "25.1", not "25.1.1". That having been said I suppose there can be errors in documentation.
I tried upgrading to 25.3 earlier and ran into some library issues (in my case it is not a matter of "just apt install this library") but I will try downloading 25.1.1 and seeing if I can get that to work.

Super ContributorWithout looking at the Terasic documentation, they may simply be saying you can start designing with 25.1, not specifically that you can generate a bitstream with 25.1.
