Hi,
If you don’t have the license for no.3, how do you know that the problem still persists as you have not rehost the license successfully in the first place.
Why are not able to provide no.3? Do you rehost successfully?
You need to have no.3 license file with the license file (LR-192762) change to 6045BD7F1054, in order to get what they need.

Additionally, you should not use cut and paste features, unless they are licenses file with the same server info - NIC ID.
Always go with regenerate license from the SSLC if not familiar with the license file.

I think I did. It has been a while.
I tried to verify but currently, License Assistance has been down for the last three days. See attachment

The new server was added to the list, and that's item 2. Then I generated license.
