Apologize for the delay in response as I was getting some confirmation regarding this case.
Since the old server is going to expire, you can rehost the old license file to a new server.

Problem persists.
New license. Only provides version 2025.10. Missing versions 2014.02, 2016.09, 2012.02.
Refer to document attached. Engineering must continue working with these tools/versions specially Nios II.
How can I get these versions added to new license?
Thank you in advanced, we need to resolve as soon as possible.
