Regarding questasim opening issue

When i open the software it crashes after this dialog box. Nothing happens after this. Why is it?

    Hi,


    Have you specify the license?

    Are you using fixed license? If yes, latest questa needs specify the license path to this environment variable SALT_LICENSE_SERVER instead of LM_LICENSE_FILE
