Quartus problem in Megawizard memory

While attempting to generate a dual-port memory, I receive the following message:

"Error: Symbolic name "RAM_MAX_ADDRESS_WIDTH" is used but not defined"

.. when the 'altsyncram.tdf' is elaborated.

This has happened before, but only after the files were EDITED, not CREATED: i.e., it worked once, then no more after it was modified.

This particular case won't work even after I re-enter the whole thing under a different name.

What might be wrong?

    Hi Wade,

I did not find your device in Quartus . Type mismatch ??? I assume you are using a Cyclone III device ?

I generated a Dual-ported Ram with the Megawizard without any poblems. How did you generate your Ram ? With the Meagwizard also ? What are your settings ?
