Hi Kenny,

Yes, if Altera can't get anywhere with Sophos, you can close the case.

But I don't think our admin wants to do anything about it. Unfortunately.

    Hi Jens,

     

    For this case, it requires your admin to pursue the issue strongly with the Sophos team. You may encourage your admin to do so.

    From our side, since we cannot take any further action with Sophos, we will close the case.
