Preservation level: Final leads to Quartus crash on re-run. Quartus does not crash when I use the synthesize preserve level (or no preserve). Crash log + picture after the crash message (closed). ...

Still crashing on re-run with the .ini password,

even without logic lock region set (so only the final setting for re-use):
