That is a huge difference in the delay.
Could you check if the actual clock that is supplying to the pin for clock is actually 50Mhz?
Even you are entering 50Mhz in the clock ip, does not mean that the clock is 50Mhz.
It would require an actual 50Mhz clock to the clock ip.
