License 6AF7_0186 for University Program

Thanks to Altera, we recently recieved a license donation for "Protocol IP Bundle" through the university program. However, we are looking for a specific IP "6AF7_0186" -- "Base CXL Hard IP with spec-defined subprotocol interfaces", and it is not part of the Protocol IP Bundle that we received. 

We have two questions from here:

  1. Is the license "6AF7_0186" available via the university program? If so, could you let us know which bundle it belongs to? And if not, could you kindly direct us to the point of contact for aquiring this license?
  2. Is there a site where we can check which IP is under each of the bundle in the university program?
