New ContributorIssues with downloading
Im currently trying to download intel Quartus version 24.1 (recommended via the university), however im getting an error which ive added in the attachment below. I am on my home WiFi which is a private network and my laptop has no firewall or antivirus apart from windows defender active. Ive had this issue on multiple different internet connections and im wondering if anyone has any advice on how i can fix it.

jergoshI'm following the steps shown in the link you provided but i cant get it to work.

Oh no, you need to use the file name for the installer.
Example:
qinst-standard-windows-24.1std-1077.exe
In your case, it should be:
qinst-standard-windows-24.1std-1077.exe -sp"--cacert C:\cacert\caert.pem"
You get the filename when you download it. Alternatively, the filename is also stated in the Quartus Download Center.

You're missing quotes at the end. And you need to be in the directory where the .exe is located.
