how can I solve this error?

    Try using devices such as Arria II GX, Arria II GZ, Cyclone IV E, Cyclone IV GX, MAX II, MAX V, and Stratix IV, then set the Target device to 'Auto device selected by the Fitter'. Afterward, recompile and recreate the .vwf file. In the Simulation Waveform Editor, navigate to Simulation > Simulation Settings, remove the '-novopt' option, and save the changes.
