Getting Intel on site help

Hi,

I am located at Ames, Iowa and working on a project in DE5a-NET DDR4 Arria 10 GX device using Quartus Prime Pro tool. I would like to know is there any provision for getting some on-site support for problems related to user designs (I heard something like premium help or something like that). If something exists like this, please let me know. Thank you.

    Hi,

Do you have any updates? Usually we don't provide on-site (if you meant face-to-face), you can always request a phone call to debug together.

    Regards,

Thank you Nurina. Just curious is there anything like a face-to-face help from intel?
