New ContributorGenerate License by Activation Code Not Working
I am trying to generate a QuestaSim FPGA Edition license that was purchased by entering the activation code I received. When I search on the activation code I get the error: "License Generation Not Allow When Web Display Flag Is False". I get this same error when entering a junk code just to see what happens. I have included a screenshot of the error.
I've tried on an account registered to my work email and my personal and I get the same error every time. I also get the same error when attempting to search for a license before I've registered a computer and after I've registered a computer.
Wondering if this is an Altera side issue that is affecting everyone or just me.

IanRiderI've also tried three different browsers, and enabled all pop-ups and disabled all tracking protections.

Where did you purchase the license? Have you checked with them? You have to be logged in to the SSLC with the correct account for a particular code. If for some reason the vendor didn't use the correct email address, this might happen.

The license was purchased from Mouser. This is probably the issue as contracts did the purchasing.
