Generate License by Activation Code Not Working

I am trying to generate a QuestaSim FPGA Edition license that was purchased by entering the activation code I received. When I search on the activation code I get the error: "License Generation Not A...

I've also tried three different browsers, and enabled all pop-ups and disabled all tracking protections.
