Does License Manager version 2.10 support BORROW?

The release notes for version 2.9 state:

Support for the BORROW feature has been temporarily removed. If you have problems using the BORROW feature, please contact support.

Has support for the BORROW feature been restored in version 2.10?

Hi JMcKe, I don't think this question is related to Intel FPGA, let me try to rout this case to Intel software team, hopefully someone familiar with this software can offer you some guidance.  -keenyew-
