Hi JMcKe, I don't think this question is related to Intel FPGA, let me try to rout this case to Intel software team, hopefully someone familiar with this software can offer you some guidance. -keenyew-

    There doesn't seem to be a more appropriate section in the forums, and all the other questions related to the Software License Manager seem to be here, so I figured I'd start by posting alongside :)
