Computer not appearing in All Computers

Hi,

Hi I'm trying to generate a Questa license. When I get to the Generate License screen I am asked to choose an existing computer or create a new computer. According to my account, I have no existing computers.

When I create a new computer an error occurs, stating that a computer with this id already exists. However, there are no existing computers to view. I have previously generated licenses with this computer details.

I'm guessing there's some kind of bug in the webpage that won't let my computer appear, but the underlying database still has a record.

Any help?
