Computer not appearing in All Computers

Hi, Hi I'm trying to generate a Questa license. When I get to the Generate License screen I am asked to choose an existing computer or create a new computer. According to my account, I have no exist...

Could you go to Computers and License Files -> All Computers and then try to edit to see will it reappear?
