Can't Edit Existing Intel IP

Hello, I am trying to edit existing Intel IP I have created but can't seem to do it. I don't' exactly know what's up. The option is greyed out for all IP in the project. Any suggestions?

    That's not it. I created these IPs in this specific location. I added the QIP files to the project. It knows of the IP. It knows where to go, but it just didn't let me edit it.

    I didn't change anything and it is letting me edit things again.
