blocking messages to my e-mail

Good morning, I'm getting a lot of messages from the community to my e-mail. I want to get messages linked to my question only. How can I do it?

On the mention request you can go to you profiles and change/update the settings of the notification updates accordingly to your preferences.

How to get the your profiles settings?

** My Subscriptions --> Subscriptions & Notification --> Notification Settings
