Hi Toanatron​ ,

Just to clarify, you're testing UART loopback between Uart 0 and Uart 1 as the example below

Could you also let me know what FPGA platform you're usng?

    Forgot to mentioned, did you try running the c code  example which configures the uart ports and test the  UART0<->UART1
