how to use nios2_germs_monitor.s

I use niosII, I can use flash programmer to write programmer to flash device!

But now I have to write a big file to a assigned address of flash device, I belive germs_monitor can do that!

but I donot kwnow how to use nios2_germs_monitor! who can help me?

    It's probably easiest to just do this from the flash programmer as well. On the flash programmer configuration page in the IDE, tick the "Program a file into flash memory" box. Then fill in the fie name, memory and offset.

    but I donot find the page in nios II 5.0 or 1.0!

    I see main and target connection!

    there are program software project into flash memory and program fpga configuration data into hardware-image region of flash memory!

    where can I find it?

    Start the Nios II IDE. From the Main Menu select Tools -> Flash Programmer, if you need help Select Help -> Help Contents expand the Nios II IDE Help and under Reference you will find Flash Programmer, this should get you started.
