how to use nios2_germs_monitor.s

I use niosII, I can use flash programmer to write programmer to flash device! But now I have to write a big file to a assigned address of flash device, I belive germs_monitor can do that! ...

but I donot find the page in nios II 5.0 or 1.0!

I see main and target connection!

there are program software project into flash memory and program fpga configuration data into hardware-image region of flash memory!

where can I find it?
