How to re-generate "time-limited" *.sof file of Nios design?

I have a Nios license but I want to generate a

"time-limited" sof file for my Nios design.

I had tried to remove feature 6AF8_00A2 and 6AF7_00A2

in my license file, BUT it doesn't work...

Any idea to do this?

    Hi,

    Why generating a time-limited sof file ?

    did you close Quartus, NIOS and restart them 20 seconds later (because of windows prefetch, cache ... ) ?

    Thanks for your Hint!

    I forget to run SOPC Builder to re-generate Nios system

    after I remove feature 6AF7_00A2 and 6AF8_00A2.

    Now, it takes effect!

    The reason to make a time-limited sof is that I want

    someone to do just "evaluation" with a PC, i.e.,

    someone CAN'T free run on stand-alone FPGA board.
