How to re-generate "time-limited" *.sof file of Nios design?

I have a Nios license but I want to generate a "time-limited" sof file for my Nios design. I had tried to remove feature 6AF8_00A2 and 6AF7_00A2 in my license file, BUT it doesn't work... ...

Hi,

Why generating a time-limited sof file ?

did you close Quartus, NIOS and restart them 20 seconds later (because of windows prefetch, cache ... ) ?
