TSE with an internal PHY

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to use the TSE MAC/PHY for a 10/100/1000 connexion . I already use the TSE MAC with a Marvell PHY on the DevBoard.

I plan to use a cyclone IV for my project, so I want to use the transceiver.
