The problem of NCO

Hi! I am new to the NCO. I meet some problem when I use the NCO,I want to use the NCO to generate a sinusoidal wave and a cosine wave,but the result is not right. is anyone can suggest me?...

I'm guessing decimal, but it is probably written somewhere in the NCO datasheet.
