PAL Clocked Video Out with Embedded Sync

Hi Jake,

Yes, the test pattern generator is setup to output an interlaced frame. I am not 100% sure if the I need to divide the framwe height by 2 (i.e. 288 instead of 576).

Also, on the CVO, I am not sure if I should divide the frame height by 2. The default parameters for PAL does not, so I assume it is not required.
